Carol, Ph.D.

Since becoming exposed to the Law of Attraction, Carol has known that it was her life purpose to teach it to others and spread the ideas around the world. Drawing upon her teaching and administrative experience at traditional universities, she created the Attraction-U community.

Carol earned her Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Nebraska and has been teaching classes at the university level since 1993. She earned her M.A. from Northern Illinois University and her B.S. from the University of Illinois-Champaign.

She has been a professor at Wright State University since 1999, but has taught at various other institutions over the years. Her areas of specialization are gender, interpersonal, small group, and spiritual communication. Classes she has taught include business communication, interviewing, public speaking, broadcast criticism, communication theory, and research methods.

In addition to being a professor, she has also served as Basic Course Director at other universities. She has had the opportunity to supervise up to 60 teaching assistants at once while developing unique course curriculum. This skill enables her to successfully direct the Attraction-U group coaches and continually develop exciting new classes.

Carol's mission as a teacher has been to touch her students for good. One of the major concepts she teaches, even in her college classes, is the Law of Attraction. In addition, she incorporates certain “life philosophies” into her lessons. These are strategies that can be used to overcome doubts and negative emotions so a person can allow the Law of Attraction to bring them positive experiences. Her objective has always been to have each student leave her classroom a better, more self-actualized person who can actively improve their communication and relationships. This is why Carol has decided to stretch these teachings beyond the traditional university limits. She believes everyone can benefit from these ideas. She has also been a “Who's Who Among American Teachers” honoree.

Carol is also the author of numerous research and professional articles which have been published in academic journals, magazines, and websites. In addition, she has presented twenty research projects at professional conferences across the country. She has won several awards for her research as well.

In addition to teaching and research, Carol also has acted as a consultant and trainer for businesses and schools. Some of the organizations she has worked with include Delphi International, the Montgomery County Hostage Negotiation Team, Girl Scouts of America, and the International Association of Business Communicators, just to name a few. Working with the public in such a manner has enabled her, again, to spread this knowledge to the general public.

Carol is also a trained hypntherapist. Although she has her own practice, RadicalRepair she uses hypnosis in Attraction-U workshops to help people overcome their blocks to success . She is also finishing up a book entitled Radical Relationship Repair co authored with best-selling author,  Dick Sutphen. Dick is the author of 19 books, including You Were Born Again to Be Together which sold over a million copies and introduced the world to past life regression. In their book, she and Dick discuss common relationship complaints and offer solid, workable solutions. 

Jeanne, M.B.A.

Jeanne received both her undergraduate and M.B.A. degrees from Michigan State University, where she majored in Material Logistics Management. She worked in various positions in Purchasing and Engineering management at Ford Motor Company for 18 years, where she had the opportunity to hone her presentation, teaching and coaching skills. She also recruited for Ford at Michigan State.

Jeanne is a member of CoachU and Total Success Institute, where she focused on understanding the paradigms and other underlying issues that hold people back from achieving all they were meant to achieve in life. These organizations also allowed her to hone her coaching skills further, and through these affiliations, she learned the value of the "Partner support system" and virtual support communities.

Jeanne was honored at Ford Motor Company twice with the coveted “Inuksuk” award, which recognizes people who have made extraordinary impacts on others through relationships and coaching. She was also nominated to serve for 3 years as the sole member of Ford on the Michigan State University Executive Forum, which facilitates extraordinary programs for students and alumni, and featured such speakers as John Chambers from Cisco, Bob Lutz from General Motors, and Steve Ballmer from Microsoft.

Jeanne was also part of a successful consulting company, Crystal Clear, Inc., that specialized in team building. Clients included the City of Worthington Ohio, the Huber Heights Ohio school district, Sheridan and Associates grocery stores, Bobby Layman Chevrolet, and The Forum at Knightsbridge assisted living community.

Jeanne is also an associate of the highly successful MLM Company USANA, where she has achieved the level of Bronze Director, and won the “Rising Star” award at the 2003 national convention. She is a certified Feng Shui consultant, and has received numerous awards for coaching and mentoring children through Vista Maria home for Disadvantaged Girls, and Junior Achievement. She has also made mentoring adults a priority in her life, and done much of it through both Ford and Michigan State University.

Jeanne lives in Michigan, but travels frequently to see family, friends, and Attraction-U clients and partners.

Ann, Esq.

Ann earned a Juris Doctorate from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Arts in Philosophy from De Paul University. She spent years as the Chief of the Civil Division of the Illinois Attorney General's  Office and then she was the elected Auditor of Will County Illinois for eight years. Ann then went to the Will County Sheriff's Office as the Chief of the Civil Division.  Her experience includes teaching Labor Law and Contract Law at Alverno College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; the position of Chief Financial Officer of a Milwaukee Corporation; and a management consultant with Crystal Clear Corporation.

Ann has always believed that life is good; and that life is good, because she believes it. Without the benefit of her current understanding of the Law of Attraction, Ann used the principles of that philosophy throughout her life.

Ann's full and wonderful life is made complete by her three adult daughters and four incredible grandchildren.

Marsha - Director of Curriculum Development

Marsha graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and immediately began working at Ford Motor Company as a design and development engineer. She soon became more interested in the business planning side of the automotive industry and earned her MBA from the University of Detroit-Mercy. After 15 years in supervisory positions in engineering development and business planning at Ford, Marsha realized that something was missing from her life. So, she made the difficult decision to leave the corporate environment to focus on her own personal growth and spend more time with her family. Since discovering the Law of Attraction, Marsha knew that coaching and mentoring others to appreciate and experience the good things in life, as she has learned to do herself, was her true calling. Building upon her greatest satisfaction from her career at Ford as a coach and mentor to newly hired personnel and recent college graduates, Marsha is now an Attraction-U coach, sharing her ability to help others identify and manifest their goals and dreams. In her spare time, she is an avid real estate investor and health & fitness fanatic. Marsha lives with her husband and two daughters in a northwest suburb of Detroit, MI.

Margaret - Director of Communications and Connectivity

Margaret received her Master's of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering in 1991 from Univ. of Michigan – Dearborn.  She also received her Master's of Science in Business Administration from Kennedy-Western Univ. in 2002.Margaret has been in the automotive industry since 1980.  She has worked for GM, Mazda, Avery Dennison, United Technologies, Lear and Ford.  She is currently with Ford as an engineer.  She has held various positions in the past 20 years, but enjoyed the teaching and coaching jobs the best.  Margaret likes to bring out the best in people, as well as help them realize their true potential.
